WHEREAS Wright -Hennepin Electric , a public
ilti city licensed to do business .in the City of Medina, has made application
t, o t: h e City for the installation of 2- 15 KV. cable crossings
►. o c a t e d a t Tuckborough Farm 5 th Addition
,rithin the City of Medina;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said application be granted
in accordance with the plans and specifications submitted, subject to the
following conditions:
1: Street and Right of Way shall be restored to their
original condition upon completion of Installation
and Applicant- shall be liable for settlement or other
damage caused by said installation for a period of
the year following completion.
