AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO THE 2009
BUDGET
WHEREAS, The Revised Statutes of New Jersey 40A:4-20 provides
for the adoption of emergency appropriations in
addition to appropriations necessary for the period
between the beginning of the CUlTent fiscal year and the date
oflhe adoption ofthe Local Budget for the Year 2009.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED
by the Mayor and Couueil of the Borough of Carteret, that the following
amendments to the appropdations be made in the
HrnO\mts and for the purposes herein set forth for the period
between January 1St, 2009 and the adoption of the Local
Budget for the Borough ofCarteret, County of Middlesex and
State of New Jersey for the fiscal Year 2009:
