COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MINUTES
JUNE 7, 1977
INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Merritt called the meeting of the Community Redevelopment
Agency to order at 9:07 p.m. on Tuesday, June 7, 1977, in the
Council Chamber of the City Hall.
2. ROLL CALL:
Present: Members - Dennis, Gilbertson ,Greenberg,Tyrell,Merritt
Absent: None
Also Present: Executive Director Koski, General Counsel Martin,
Assistant Executive Director Dragicevich
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Mr. Gilbertson moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting
of the Community Redevelopment Agency held May 17, 1977, as written,
seconded by Mr. Greenberg and carried, Mr. Dennis and Mr. Tyrell
abstaining..

NEW BUSINESS:
4. RESOLUTION NO. CRA -110: WARRANTS & DEMANDS, DEMAND' NOS. 683 THRU
686 IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,026.79
Mr. Gilbertson moved to adopt Resolution No. CRA -110 A RESOLUTION
OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ALLOWING
CERTAIN CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE SUM OF $5,026.79, DEMAND NOS.
683 THRU 686, seconded by Mr. Dennis and carried.
5. COMMUNICATIONS:
Executive Director Koski advised that the Miller escrow will be
closing in the near future, and that they will be paying the full
purchase price rather than the extended payment as provided in the
Disposition and Development Agreement.
6. MATTERS FROM AGENCY MEMBERS:
Mr. Greenberg expressed concern about the condition of the Agency
parking lot. Executive Director Koski advised that staff is
working with the operators to see that daily sweeping takes place'.
7. ADJOURNMENT:
On motion by Mr. Gilbertson, seconded by Mr. Greenberg, Agency
adjourned at 9:11 p.m. Next regular meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency will be held Tuesday, June 21, 1977, 8 p.m.,
in the Council Chamber of the City Hall.
