PERMIT/RESOLUTION FOR PUBLIC UTILITY INSTALLATION
IN CITY RIGHT OP WAY
WHEREAS Minnegasco , a public
:il-ity licensed to A0 business in the City of Medina, has made application
0 the City for the i. i rs t a l l a t; i o n of gas main installation
c a t e d at Navajo Rd., Capriole Dr.
thin the City of Medina;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said application be granted
in accordance with the plans and specifications submitted, subject to the
following conditions:
1. Street and Right of Way shall be restored to their
original condition upon completion of: Installation
and Applicant shall be liable for settlement or other
damage caused by said installation for a period of
the year following completion.
