PERMIT/RESOLUTION FOR PUBLIC UTILITY INSTALLATION
IN CTTY RIGHT OF WAY
W I I I R E A S Wright -Hennepin Electric , a public
utility licensed to do business in the •City of Medina, has made application

within the City of Medina;
NOW, THEREFORE, .131E IT RESOLVED that said application be granted
in accordance with the plans and specifications submitted, subject to the
following conditions:
1. Street and Right of Way shall be restored to their:
original condition upon completion of Installation
and Applicant shall be liable for settlement or other
damage caused by said. installation for a period of
the year following completion.
