RESOLUTION NO. 9a - 5c?
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL
FOR KELM ADDITION
WHEREAS, David Kelm (Applicant) has requested final plat approval of Kelm
Addition; and
WHEREAS, the final plat has been reviewed for conformance with the
conditions of preliminary plat approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of
Medina, Minnesota that final approval is granted to the Applicant for Kelm Addition,
subject to the following conditions:
1. The Applicant must pay a park dedication fee for Lot 1 in the amount of
$4,375;
2. The driveway for Lot 1 must be located so as to gain access to County
Road 24 by means of the 33' right-of-way dedicated along the west side of the plat;
3. The Applicant acknowledges that the lots in this plat cannot be further
subdivided under the city's current zoning ordinance or subdivision regulations
because of the lack of adequate soils to support preliminary and secondary septic
sites on any additional parcels;
4. The Applicant must stake and preserve from disturbance a preliminary
and secondary septic site on both lots;
5. It is acknowledged that the 33' right-of-way dedicated along the west
side of this property is for use for a future city street and not for a realignment of
Co. Rd. 201;

6. The Applicant must pay to the city for administrative expenses the
amount determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to the city of
reviewing this application;
7. The Applicant must file the final plat with Hennepin County within 60
days of the date of adoption of this resolution, after which time this approval shall
be null and void.
