Member Th i 6)5 introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. qQ -GO
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL
APPROVAL OF JACK RUSSELL RIDGE
WHEREAS, Willis W. Kohnen and Mary Jane Kohnen, husband and wife, and
Petrucci Partners (collectively, Applicants) have requested final approval of the plat
of Jack Russell Ridge; and
WHEREAS, the plat was granted preliminary approval by the city council on
May 19, 1992 and the final plat has been reviewed for conformance with the
conditions of preliminary plat approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota, that final approval is hereby given to the Applicants for Jack
Russell Ridge, subject to the following:
1. The Applicants must stake and preserve from disturbance the primary and
secondary septic system sites on each of the lots;
2. It is acknowledged that each of the lots has room for an animal structure under
the current ordinance;
3. The Applicants must pay to the city for administrative expenses the amount
determined by city staff to represent the actual cost to the city of reviewing
the plat; and
4. The Applicants must file the final plat with Hennepin County within 60 days
of the date of adoption of this resolution, whereafter this plat approval shall
be considered null and void.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota that delivery of the final plat of Jack Russell Ridge is
conditioned upon the execution and delivery of an easement, in a form satisfactory
to the city attorney, subjecting Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1 and Outlots A and B to a
perpetual easement for non -motorized trail purposes.
