Resolution No. 13-8518
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA, DESIGNATING VICE MAYOR
KELLEY AS CHAIR AND COMMISSIONER SANTIAGO AS
VICE CHAIR TO PRESIDE OVER THE OPA-LOCKA
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (CRA);
PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION OF RECITALS;
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Opa-locka desires to designate Vice
Mayor Joseph Kelley as Chair and Commissioner Luis Santiago as Vice Chair to preside over
the Opa-locka Community Redevelopment Agency(CRA).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Opa-locka hereby designates Vice
Mayor Joseph Kelley and Commissioner Luis Santiago to serve as the Chair and Vice-Chair,
respectively, of the Opa-locka Community Redevelopment Agency(CRA).
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of January, 2013.
