CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. CP.-4,7
RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A HEARING ON THE
IMPROVEMENT OF PIONEER TRAIL
WHEREAS, it has been proposed to improve Pioneer Trail from a point 1,500
feet southeast of T . H . 55 to a point 1672 feet southeast of T . H . 55 by constructing a
roadway with stabilization fabric, 12 inches of aggregate base and 4-1/2 inches of
bituminous paving, 24 feet in width with 6 foot gravel shoulders.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota as follows:
1. The City Council will consider the improvement of Pioneer Trail as described
and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated cost
of$7,56t/00 •
2. A public hearing shall be held on the proposed improvement on the / day
of So/WM � , 1992 in the council chambers at city hall at $ p.m. and
the clerk -treasurer shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvement as required by law.

RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY
REPORT ON COUNTY ROAD 116 TRUNK WATER MAIN
WHEREAS, it is proposed to extend a trunk water main from the County Road
116 industrial area northward along County Road 116 to serve the Doerr Property
and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota that the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo Rosene
Anderlik & Associates for study and that the consulting engineer is instructed to
report to the city council with all convenient speed advising the council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
