Veteran Deduction Granted and Refund
WHER8AS, Block 391, Lot 12 had a~plied for and was awarded a
veteran deduction effective 1999, and was never paid, and
WHEREAS, upon further review, money is now due and payable to
the taxpayer accordingly ..
NOW, THERE~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, New Jersey, that the
Tax; Collector grant a veteran deduction and pay the taxpayer as
follows: 1999 $50.00; 2000 $100.00; 2001 $150.00; 2002 $200.00
and 2003 to 2009 @ $250.00
