Subject: Public Record Request and question about Level III meeting schedule
Mr. Thrasher,
I am writing you for two reasons.
First, on Friday morning, March 11, 2016 I provided Ms. Rebecca Tew with information I
thought sufficient for you to start the Level III permit review for my re -roof permit application.
That was a week ago and I have not heard back from you. I very much want to move this review
process along and I want to know if you will please schedule to meet with me anytime next
Thursday in Town Hall. The purpose of this meeting, as I understand the Town's code, will be
for you to review my documents and tell me what additional information you may need from me
that will be considered by the ARPB and the BOA. May I hear from you soon?
Second, please provide for my inspection the most recent check received by the Town from
anyone in payment for a Level III review (other than mine). Please refer to my most prior public
record request for the references, terms, conditions and admonitions of this record request.
