Robert Mitchell introduced the following resolution and moved its
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 92-75
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO.
19053-A AND AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the city council, a public hearing was
held on improvement project 19053-A on April 21, 1992; and
WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the
hearing was given and all persons wishing to be heard were given an opportunity to
be heard at that time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota as follows:
1. Improvement project 19053-A is hereby ordered.
2. Bonestroo Resene Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated as city engineer
for the project and is authorized and directed to prepare plans and
specifications for the making of the improv ent .

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Ann Thies.
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof :
Councilmembers Mitchell, Thies, Zietlow and Mayor Acromite.
and the following voted against same: None.
Absent Councilmember Scherer.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
