ORDINANCE NO. I " i !
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE MISSOURI
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR A TRANSIT AND CENTRAL MAINTENANCE
FACILITY FEASIBILITY STUDY AND APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute
a grant agreement with the Missouri Department of Transportation for the purpose of funding a
facilities feasibility study for Transit and Central Maintenance.
Section 2. The agreement shall be substantially the same in form and content as
that agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 3. There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the Planning and
Transportation Services/Administration Professional Services Account (Acct. No 10-520-
522020) as indicated on Exhibit B, attached hereto.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.
