RESOLUTION NO. IaZ - 8�
RESOLUTION APPROVING LOT COMBINATION FOR ANNE
MARIE DONAHOE
WHEREAS, Anne Marie Donahoe (Applicant) is the fee owner of Lots 1 and 2,
Block 1, Bantle Farm, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested that the above lots be combined for
all purposes, including compliance with the Medina zoning ordinance and subdivision
regulations; and
WHEREAS, the matter has been reviewed by the Medina planning commission
for compliance with city standards and procedures.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota that Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Bantle Farm are combined and
hereafter be considered as a single lot, subject to the following conditions:
1. The Applicant shall apply for a vacation of the utility easements located
between Lots 1 and 2;
2. The combined lot shall not hereafter be divided without approval of the Medina
city council; and
3. The Applicant shall pay to the city an administrative fee to reimburse the city
for the cost of reviewing this application.
