with Mayor Blythe presiding and Councilmen Huisman, Cordes, Bausman,
and Terfehn present.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved on a motion
by Bausman, 2nd by Terfehn. Carried.
Huisman moved, Cordes 2nd allowance of the following bills for
payments
