RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER CAPITAL FUNDS
'VHEREAS, the 2009 Municipal Budget transferred funds into the Capital Improvement
Fund account in the amount of $550,000.00 and the Reserve for Sewer Improvement
account in the amount of$585,434.00, and
.WHEREAS, the Finance Department is requesting to transfer surplus fimds as follows:
Capital Improvement Fund
Reserve for Sewer Improvements

Nnw, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Finance Department make the
necessary adjustments to transfer surplus funds as stated.
