PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION AND REFUND
WHEREAS, Block 66, lot 16 applied for tax exempt status under
the provisions for a total disabled veteran status in
accordance with N.J.S.A. 54:4-3.30et seq, and
WHEREAS, the Tax Assessor reviewed and approved the application
for the 2009 tax year, and
WHEREAS, Block 500, lot 4.02 is exempt property from local
assessments for 20091 and
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector is recommending that taxes for 2009
be cancelled accordinglYr and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex! New Jersey/ that the
Tax Collector cancel and refund taxes as follows:
