'VHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel called for an examination
for the position of
EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN
in the Borough of Carteret; and
\VHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel has served a Certification
of Eligibles for Appointment, dated 10/13109 for said position; and
\VHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel has certified that
JASON KURDYLA
is eligible for appointment to the position of
EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN
in the Borough of Carteret;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that
JASON KURDYLA
be and is hereby appointed to the position of
EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN
of the Borough of Carteret from the Certification List dated
10/13/09
as provided by law, effective
10/1/09
BE 1T FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be sent forthwith
