CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO . qz- 9Z.
PERMIT/RESOLU`['ION FOR PUBLIC UTILITY INSTALLATION
IN CITY RIGI-t`l.' OF WAY
WHEREAS Minnegasco , a public
utility licensed to do business in the City of Medina, has made application
to the City for the i.nsta.ltat,ion of gas main
looted at Cherokee Rd., Tamarack Dr., Deer Hill Rd. Dusty Dr.
within the City of Medina;
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT _RESOLVED that said application be granted
in accordance with the plans and specifications submitted, subject to the
following conditions:
1. Street and Right of Way shall be restored to their
original condition upon completion of .Installation
and Applicant shall be liable for settlement or other
damage caused by said installation for a period of
the year following completion.

3. Performance Bond in the Amount of:
4. Depth of Conduit.
5. No open cuts of any roads.
6. Contact City 24 hours prior to of constzuc.Llon.

The motion for the adoption in the foregoing Resolution is duly
iec:onded by Member Phil Zietlow and upon vote bei.ng taken
thereon the following voted in favor thereof : Mitchell, Thies, Zietlow and
Mayor Acromite. Absent: Scherer
and the following voted against None.
whereupon, said Resolution was declared passed and adopted.
