Executive Session
November 9, 2004 6:00 Y.M. Greencastle City Hall
Call to Order; Roll Call
A. Nancy A. Michael, Mayor called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.
B. Upon roll call by Clerk Treasurer, Teresa P. Glenn councilmen John
Lame, Bob Sedlack, Tom Roach, Russ Evans, and Mark Hammer were
found to be present. Also in attendance were Board of Works Members,
George Murphey, Sue Murray, Engineer Glen Morrow, Assistant Engineer
Tabitha Daughty, Street Superintendent Paul Wilson, Park Director Rod
Weinschenk, and Attorney Laurie Hardwick.

A. An executive session of the Common Council of the City of Greencastle
was held November 9, 2004 at 6:00 P.M. to discuss pending litigation
pursuant to I.C. 5- 14- 1.5 -6.1 (b) (2) (B). No other matters were discussed.
III. Adjournment
A. The meeting was adjourned at 7:00 P.M.
