AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401 , (STREETS AND HIGHWAYS), SCHEDULE (J), (PARKING PROHIBITED),
SUBPARAGRAPH (A), OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, PERTAINING
TO A PORTION OF EAST FRANKLIN STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule J, (Parking
Prohibited), Subparagraph (a), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
amended by the addition of a portion of E. Franklin Street, as follows:
E.Franklin Street.: on the both sides thereof,behveen Madison Street and a paint being 60
feet east of the east curb line of Madison Street.
Section 2. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule S, (Loading
Zones), Subparagraph (b), (Passenger or special loading zones) of the Code of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the removal of a portion of Franklin Street,
as follows:

Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
