RESOLUTION NO. 13-8544
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO SEEK FUNDING FOR THE
ADDITION OF A GYM FOR INGRAM PARK THROUGH
THE CITY'S LEGISLATIVE LOBBYISTS; PROVIDING
FOR RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Opa-locka desires the addition of a
request for funding for a gym at Ingram Park as part of the City's Legislative package.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Opa-locka hereby directs and
authorizes the City Manager to seek additional funds for a gym at Ingram Park as part of the
City's Legislative Package.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of February, 2013.
