CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.92-96
RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR HAMEL WELL NO. 4
WHEREAS, the city council of the City of Medina (City) has previously
determined the necessity and desirability of constructing a new municipal well in the
southwest corner of the old reservoir site along Pinto Drive (Hamel Well No. 4) .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota as follows:
1. Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik & Associates is hereby designed as consulting
engineer for the construction of Hamel Well No. 4.
2. The City's consulting engineer shall prepare such improving and return them
for review by the City as soon as is reasonably practicable.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mitchell, Thies, Zietlow and Mayor Acromite
and the following voted against same: None
Absent: Councilmember Scherer
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
