Comments: This property sold in September of 2014 for $4,635,000. The owner then
updated the kitchen and baths the first year after the sale and added a pool and pool house
that required a separate septic system in 2016 and 2017. Permit value for the pool house
was $350,000, not including the pool. We have reviewed the property and have valued
the property based on the attached comparable sales. The original calculated value of the
property was $4,663,000 for 2018 without the new pool house. We reviewed the
property prior to our change deadline and lowered the value to $4,438,000. We
recommend no change from that amount.

Comments: Each of these parcels is designated as an outlot. Their intended future use is

recommending a value reduction to a raw development land price. The value
