Mayor Vandernail called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.

2. Approval of Agenda:
Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Barwick seconded the motion to approve Motion
carried: 6-0.
3. Consent Agenda:
a) Minutes September 5, 2018
Trustee Miller moved, and Trustee Barwick seconded the motion to approve the
consent agenda. Motion carried: 6-0.
4. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding
a) Resolution 2018-09-04, Amended 2018 Noxious Weed Management Plan
Cathleen Brown Presented to the TB.
Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Miller seconded the motion to approve Resolution
2018-09-04, Amended 2018 Noxious Weed Management Plan.
Motion carried: 6-0
b) Lions Pond Strategic Implementation Planning
TB will continue to discuss the strategic plan and budget for the Lions Ponds.
c) Amending Retail Marijuana Businesses Chapter 6 Article 7

Allie Heon presented to the TB. An ordinance regarding Amending Retail
Marijuana Businesses Chapter 6 Article 7will be brought to the TB for approval at
a future meeting.
5. Open Forum
a) Soles discussed businesses license requirements for short term rentals.
b) Miller attended a NWCOG meeting and discussed affordable senior
housing.
c) TC McVeigh informed TB regarding the ribbon cutting for the IKO trail on
September 26, 2018 at 3 p.m., Upslope Brewery Backcountry Pop Up Tap
Room special event on October 6, 2018 at Grand Park, and CMI event on
October 11, 2018 from 12-2 at the Granby Library- this event is a public
event to learn about the November statewide ballot initiatives.

Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Miller seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion
carried: 6-0. Meeting adjourned at 8:50 p.m.
