HomeMy Public PortalAbout1992-106Member Thies introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.92-106 RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL FOR A LOT DIVISION/COMBINATION FOR DENNIS KLAGES WHEREAS, Dennis Klages (Applicant) is the owner of certain property located at 2964 Lakeshore Avenue; and WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested that two of his three parcels be combined for all purposes, including compliance with the Medina zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations; and WHEREAS, the matter has been reviewed by the Medina planning commission for compliance with city standards and procedures . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that preliminary approval is hereby granted to the Applicant for the above described lot division/combination, subject to the following conditions: 1. The Applicant shall execute such easements for drainage and utility purposes around the perimeter of the parcel as the city engineer may require; 2. The small building on the vacant portion of the property must be removed from the site on or before November 1, 1993; 3. The Applicant must pay all amounts owned to the City for utilities or other municipal services; 4. The Applicant must submit a current abstract of title or Registered Property Abstract covering all of the property for review by the city attorney; and 5. The Applicant must pay to the City an administrative fee in an amount sufficient to reimburse the City for its costs . nd expenses in reviewing this application.
