adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.92-107
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL
OF THE PLAT OF HOLY NAME CHURCH
WHEREAS, the Church of the Holy Name of Jesus (Applicant) has applied for
approval of a plat to be known as Holy Name Church; and
WHEREAS, the City has given preliminary approval to said plat, subject to
certain conditions; and
WHEREAS, the City has reviewed the proposed final plat of Holy Name Church
and has determined that it is consistent with the preliminary plat and the ordinances
and regulations of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota that final approval is hereby granted for the plat of Holy Name
Church, subject to the following conditions:
1. The Applicant must pay to the City a fee for administrative expenses in
the amount necessary to reimburse the City for its actual cost of
reviewing the plat; and
2. The Applicant must file the plat with Hennepin County within 60 days
of the date of this resolution, after which time approval for this plat
shall be null and void.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Thies
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof :
Councilmembers Mitchell, Thies, Zietlow and Mayor Acromite.
and the following voted against same: None.
Absent: Councilmember Scherer.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
