RESOLUTION #10-10
ACCEPTING AND APPROVING REQUESTS FOR VARIOUS PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES FOR THE 2010 CALENDAR YEAR
WHEREAS, in December 2009, the Borough issued a Request for Proposals
(''RFP'') soliciting responses for the provision of various professional services
for the 2010 Calendar Year; and .
WHEREAS, the RFP's were solicited pursuant to a fair and open process in
accordance with the provisions ofN.J.SA19:44A-20.5; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Clerk's Office has on.file the submitted responses
to the RFP; and
WHEREAS, the Boroughhas submitted the responses submitted aod is
desirous of accepting and/or approving the responses to the RFP from the
attached list of professional service entities for the respective professional
services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret as follows:
1. That these professional services entities on the attached list are hereby'
approved to provide the respective professional services.
2. That this action is approved as an award of a professional services
contmct pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a).
3. That this award is pursuant to a fair and open process in accordance
with the provisions ofN.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5.
Adopted this 3" day of January, 2010
and certified as a true copy ofthe
original on January 4th, 2010.
