introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 92-110
RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY
APPROVAL OF A PLAT
FOR HARVEY DAHL AND JOYCE DAHL
WHEREAS, Harvey Dahl and Joyce Dahl (Applicants) have requested
preliminary approval to plat property containing 29 acres on Pioneer Trail; and
WHEREAS, the planning commission and city council have reviewed the
preliminary plat submitted by the Applicants .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota that preliminary approval is granted to the Applicants for this
plat, subject to the following conditions:
1. The final plat must show subdivision of the property into no more than two lots
and be in accordance with the plan submitted by the Applicants;
2. The Applicants must provide an easement for roadway purposes 30 feet in
width along the west line of proposed Lot 1;
3. The Applicants must provide the easement for the right-of-way of Pioneer
Trail as required by the city engineer;
4. Lot 1 and Lot 2 shall have separate driveways in the locations determined by
city staff;
5. The Applicants shall locate and stake primary and secondary septic system
locations on each lot;
6. The final plat must show all easements required by the city engineer,
including easements for drainage and utility purposes along all lot lines;
7. The Applicant must pay to the city for administrative expenses the amount
determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to the city of
reviewing the plat;
8. The Applicant must submit a current abstract of title or registered property
abstract covering all land within the plat for review by the city attorney; and
9. The Applicant must submit the final plat to the city for approval within 180
days of the date of the adoption of this resolution, which final plat shall in all
material respects conform to the preliminary plat, except that it shall
incorporate all changes and modifications required by this resolution.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Thies and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Councilmembers Mitchell, Thies, Zietlow and Mayor Acromite.
and the following voted against same: None.
Absent: Councilmember Scherer.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
