APPOINTING A ]\HJNICIP AL PUBLIC DEFENDER
FOR THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Municipal Public Defender in the Borough of Carteret;
and
WHEREAS, it is!n the best interest of the Borough to make said appointments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough ofCarteret that

be and is hereby appointed to the position of Municipal Public Defender, effective
January 1,2010, term to expire December 31, 201Q.
Adopted this 3'd day of January, 2010, and
certified as a true copy of the original on
