Greencastle Common Council and Greencastle Board of
Works Minutes
Combined Special Session
November 15, 2004 6:00 P.M. Greencastle City Hall
I. Call to Order; Roll Call
A. Nancy Michael called the joint meeting of Greencastle Common Council
and Board of Works to order at 6:04 pm.
B. Upon roll call by Clerk Treasurer the following were found to be present:
Councilman Tom Roach, Councilman John Lame, Councilman Mark
•' Hammer, Councilman Bob Sedlack, Councilman Russ Evans, Board of
Works Member George Murphey and Sue Murray.
II. Storm Water Utility Presentation and Discussion
A. Glen Morrow and Paul Wilson opened the presentation with information
regarding what Storm water Utility is and what it is not. Morrow shared
that he feels we can initiate this program without adding additional staff or
funding.
B. Paul Wilson presented a list of storm water issues with in the City of
Greencastle. Wilson stated he feels he and his department is doing "band -
aid" work due to lack of available funds.
C. Representatives from AMEC presented their program and
recommendations.
III. Adjournment
A. Upon a motion by Sue Murray and second by Mark Hammer, this meeting
was adjourned at 7:40 pm.
