tiYHEREAS, the City. Council of the City of Lynwood
has determined that acceptance of a grant ~;~eed for public sidewalk
purposes, at Lot 6, Block 15; of the Belle Vernon Acre: '1~'ract as
per map recorded in $ook 9, Page 196 of the miscellaneous records,
by the County Recorder of .the County of Los. Angeles, T~nown as 12060
Santa Fe Avenue, is necessary for the welfare and safety of the public
