A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
' CITY OF LYNWOOD RESCINDING RESOLUTION
N0. 79-11, DEDICATION OF PROPERTY FOR
PUBLIC SIDEWALK PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
has determined that the subdivision of Lot 6, Block 15,
of the Belle Vernon Tract as per map recorded in Book g,
Page 196 of the miscellaneous records by the County
Recorder of the County of Los Angeles, known as 12060
Santa Fe Avenue, has been withdrawn for consideration
at this time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City
Council of the City of Lynwood as follows:
That it is the intention of the City Council
of the City of Lynwood to rescind Resolution No..79-11
"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED NECESSARY FOR PUBLIC
SIDEWALK PURPOSES."
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day
of April, 1979.
