A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ,OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORTZING ACCEPTANCE OF GRAN'T' :DEED NECESSI-CRY FOR PUBLIC
SIDEWALK PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has determined
- that acceptance of a grant-deed for"public sidewalk purposes on the south
150 feet of. lot 9 of. block~l3 of Belle Vernon Acres, as per map recorded
in book 9, page 196 of maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said
County, is necessary for the welfare and safety of the public and,
" Wf-~REAS, it has been determined that the 1;:est interest of the
City shall be served by the acquisition of a grant deed necessary for public
sidewalk purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS: '
Section 1. It is the intention of the City Council of_ the
-City of Lynwood to accept the grant deed attached as Exhibit'"A'",
Section 2. That the City Council authorize and direct the City.
Clerk. to take the necessary steps to-accept this grant deed in accordance
with the terms and conditions set forth above. "
