,~~ RESOLUTION OF ,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
SUPPLEhIENT i7O. 1 OF
LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT N0. 07-5250-
WHEREAS, the City Council ,of the City of Lynwood•entered into
Agreement.No. 10, Program Supplement No. 2,.for the State. Street
Improvement Project, and.
~. WHEREAS, said Agreement authorized the use of FAU funds only, and
• WfiEREAS, it was the intention of the City of Lynwood, State of
California,~and the Economic Development Agency of the government of
the United `States, that EDA funds be used to pay"for a portion of the
... project, and .
• WHEREAS, a Local Agency-State Agreement., authorizing the use of
EDA funds, must be adopted in order for EDA funds to be expended on.
this project. F
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIIE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWSc
`'~ The.Cty Council adopt and authorize. the P4ayor of the City
`.• of Lynwood.to execute .Program Supplement No, l to Local Agency-
State Agreement No.~07-5250, incorporating the use of .EDA funds for
the aforementioned project.
