RESOLUTION N0. 7'g-40
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF~LYNWOOD ESTABLISHING A SPECIAL CONTINGENCY FUND..
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has certain unexpected
demands for money during .the fiscal year to cover such factors
as court.. litigation, cash .flow situations., accrued vacation and
sick leave benefits, and unforeseen community disaster and emer-
gences; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood desires
a separate fund to provide for these expenditures and wishes to
appropriate money .to such a fund-.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby resolve as follows:
The establishment of a fund known as the Special Contingency
Fund as hereby appropriates $200,000 from the Special Contingency
