AUTIIOIUZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
NJDOT AND TilE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
FOR INDUSTIUAL ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of earteret that
the Mayor and the appropriate Borough Omcials are hereby authorized to execute
an agreement with NIDOT for Industrial Road Improvements.

and certified as a true copy of the
