Mayor Buelterman called the special meeting of the city council to order at 9:05AM on Saturday, February 26, 2011. Council members present were Mayor pro tem Shirley Sessions, Wanda
Doyle, Bill Garbett, Frank Schuman, Sr., Kathryn Williams and Paul Wolff. Also present were City Attorney Bubba Hughes, City Manager Diane Schleicher and Jan LeViner, Acting Clerk of
Council.
Council, Officials and City Attorney Considerations and Comments
Ordinance No. 05-2011 – An Ordinance to Amend the Code of Ordinances Pertaining to Article VII, Sec. 58-301-303 to provide a new section entitled “Financial Institution Business License
Tax.” Paul Wolff moved to accept the second reading. Wanda Doyle seconded. The vote was unanimous.
Recycling Grant Resolution. Paul Wolff moved to accept the Recycling Grant Resolution. Wanda Doyle seconded. The vote was unanimous.
