COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MINUTES
FEBRUARY 5, 1980
INITIATION:
1. Chairman Dennis called the regular meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency to order at 8:32 p.m. on Tuesday, February
5, 1980, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall.
2. ROLL CALL:
Present: Members- Atkins, Gillanders, Merritt, Tyrell, Dennis
Absent: Members -None
Also Present: Executive Director Koski, General Counsel Martin,
Assistant Executive Director Dragicevich
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
On motion by Mr. Tyrell, seconded by Mr, Merritt, the minutes
of the regular meeting held January 15, 1980, were approved as
written.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
None.
NEW BUSINESS:
4. RESOLUTION NO. CRA -161: WARRANTS AND DEMANDS
Mr. Atkins moved to adopt Resolution No. CRA -161 A RESOLUTION OF
THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ALLOWING CLAIMS
AND DEMANDS IN THE SUM OF $2,590.00, DEMANDS NO. 792 THRU 794,
seconded by Mr. Tyrell and carried.
5. COMMUNICATIONS:
There were no communications.
6. MATTERS FROM AGENCY MEMBERS:
None.
7. ADJOURNMENT: On motion by Mr. Merritt, seconded by Mr. Gillanders
meeting adjourned at 8:34 p.m. Next regular meeting of the
Community Redevelopment Agency will be held Tuesday, February 19,
1980, 8 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall.
