A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY.OF LYNWOOD ADOPTING. THE INJURED
..:~ EMPLOYEE REHABILITATION PLAN
"WHEREAS, the Personnel. Officer has submitted a proposed _
• inured employee rehabilitation plan; and
_ WHEREAS, the City Council has studied the proposed plan
_ ~~ and approved same. _
` NOW, THEREFORE, the City. Council of the City of Lynwood..
• does hereby resolve as follows: ~ ~ .
• The Inured Employee Rehabilitation .Plan is hereby
_ . approved and adopted and is to be transmitted to the~State Depart-
ment of Rehabilitation.
