APPROVITdG THE CITY ENGINEER' S FITIANCIAL REPORT APdD
AUTHORIZING A REDUCTION IN SREETLIGI~TITdG ASSESSIt2EN~S
FOR FISCAL YEAR 79-80°
~BE IT RESOLVED-by the City Council of the City of Lynwood,
as follows:
WHEREAu, the City Council of the City of Lynwood, California,
did on the 6th day of June 1978, adopt Resolution Tdo° 78-51 Engineer's
.Report in relation to the Lynwood Streetlighting District, and
WHEREAS, said Report included an assessment for residential
properties at a rate of ~0°72 per lineal frontal foot, and
jNHEREAS, the County Tax Collector was directed to levy
on said properties assessment at a rate set forth in said~Report, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the City Engineer's
1979 Debit Limit Report as .submitted and based on said report9 the
aforesaid~•rate on residential properties can be reduced from X0.72
per lineal foot to X0.55 per lineal foot, and
WHEREAS, the County Tax Collector shall be so advised, and
whereas, the City :Council wishes to confirm-said reduction in the
"manner applicable to said residential properties

that the amount for streetlighting assessment on said residential
properties be reduced-from $0°72 per lineal foot to ~0°55 per lineal.
