GINEER OF SAID CITY TO PREPARE .A REPORT
ON THE 7JANDSCAPE MATNTEN'ANCE DISTRICT OF
SAID CITY AS PROVIDED FOR UNDER THE "I.AND-
SC.APING AND LIGHTING ACT OF 1972" (PART 2
OF .DIVISION 15 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS
CODE OF THE S `I`ATE OF CAT,I FORNIA) , . FOR
FISCAT, YEAR 1979-198Qo
` Tn~HEREAS, the City Council of trite City .of T,ynwood did on
the lst of .P,ugust, 1978, adopt Resolution Nom `78-78 ordering' the
formation of a Landscape NTaintenanco District; and
WHEREAS, there are no new improvements or any substan-
tial changes in existing improvements planned as listed in R eso.lution.
78-73, as adopted by said.City Council on the 18th of ~Tu1y, 1978;
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer is required by 'Section 22623 _
oaf the Street and Highways Code to file an annual report,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
the City of Lynwood that the office of the City Engineer ~_s here-
by directed to prepare and file a report. in relation to said dis-
tract all in accordance with Part 2, Division 15 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California,. as amendedo
APPROVED-AND ADOPTED this day. 7th of August 1g79a
