A RESOLUTIONd OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYTdWOOD
APPROVING APED ADOPTING SUPPLET.4ENTTS NO. 2 AND 3 , LOCAL
AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 075250, FOR LOCAL AGENCY
FEDERAL AID SAFETY I11~PROVEMENT PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the City Council~of the City of Lynwood. continually
intends to improve public safety, and.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has applied for Federal Highway
Safety Act funds-for the improvement of pavement markings in the
pity of Lynwood,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the. City Council of
the City of Lynwood ttate
Section. 1. The City Council approves the application
for Federal Highway Safety Act-Funds for a Pavement Marking De-
monst.ration Program,
Section 2. The City Council adopts Local Agency-State
Agreement No. 075250 Supplement Nos. 2 and 3 for the Pavement
Marking~Demonst:ration Program :in accordance with Paragraph 2 of
Article II of said agreemento
