Resolution No. 13-8577
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF OPA LOCKA, FLORIDA, AMENDING
RESOLUTION 12-8504 REGARDING INTERIM MEMBERS
TIME TO SERVE ON THE COMMUNITY RELATIONS,
RECREATION AND ACTIVITIES ADVISORY BOARD;
PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION OF RECITALS;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission passed Resolution 12-8504, appointing interim
members to the Community Relations, Recreation and Activities Advisory Board; and
WHEREAS, the City appointed interim members to serve until the first Commission
meeting in April 2013; and
WHEREAS,the City Commission now desires to further extend the interim members'time
to serve until the last meeting in May 2013.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble hereby incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission hereby extends the time of service of the interim
members of the Community Relations, Recreation and Activities Advisory Board until the last
Commission meeting in May 2013.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 10th DAY OF April,2013.
