A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNtiY00D APPROVING THE SELECTION OF LA BELLE
CONSULTANTS TO PERFORM A PAVEMENT DEFLECTION STUDY
ti'~HEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that a pavement
deflection study of various streets i.s necessary for planning street
maintenance, and
j~YHEREAS, LA BELLE Consultants of Santa Ana, California, are
the sole contractor that performs this type of work in this area, and
WHEREAS, an agreement must be approved as to form and manner
by the City Attorney,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood that La Belle Consultants shall be retained by agreement
to do the work as described in their proposal of June 4, 1979, to the
City Engineer and as negotiated by the City Engineer on the City's
behalf ,
PASSED AND APPROVED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Lynwood this 21st day of August 1979,
