A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF,LYNF~OOD
ORDERING VACATIOid OE EASEMENTS IN THE FIRST ALLEY EAST OF
ALAMEDA STREET BETWEEN CENTURY BOULEVARD AND 108TH STREE^1
VIHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood did on the
7th day of August; 1979, adopt Resolution No. 79-59 declaring its inten-
tion to vacate easements in the First Al1ey~East of Alarr,eda Street between
Century Boulevard and lOf3th Street, and
WHEREAS, notices of .said vacation were published and posted
in the time, form and manner required by law, and
~YHEREAS, a public hearing on the matter was held on the 4th
day of September, 1979, as prescribed by law,
IdO~V, THER.EF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood, as follows;
Section 1. That the following.described alley easement is
unnecessary for present or prospective public use, an d. that the public
interest, necessity, and convenience require, and the City Council of
said City hereby declares its order to vacate and abandon said alley
easement:
That portion of the First Alley East of Alameda Street lying
between the Southerly line of Century Boulevard (100 ft.
wide) and the Northerly line of~108th--Street (formerly 2nd -.
Street), as shown on Tract 5418, 114ap book 59, Page 42,
Records of Los Angeles County.
Section 2, That the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood shall.
cause~a certified copy of said order to be recorded in the office of the
Recorder of Los Angeles County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 4th day of September.,'1979:'
