A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYP~~dOOD
AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATIOPd OF A YIELD SIGN ON POPE AVENUE ;-
AT LOS FLORES BOULEVARD AND A STOP SIGN ON PEACH STREET -
NORTHBOUND AT EUCLID AVENUE.
FdIiEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood intends to
improve public convenience and safety, and
IVHEREAS, the Traffic and Parking Commission and City Engineer
have found that certain traffic controls should be installed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood that:
Section 1. Said City Council authorizes and directs the
City Engineer to install one yield sign and appropriate pavement markings
on Northbound Pope Avenue at Los Flores Boulevard,
Section 2, Said City Council authorizes and directs the
City Engineer to install one stop sign and appropriate pavement legends
"on Peach Street Northbound at Euclid Avenue.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 4th day of .September; 979•
