CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.93-07
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT OF MEDINA ROAD
AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, it has been proposed to improve Medina Road between Hunter Drive
and Tamarack Drive by placement of stabilization fabric, drain tile and 12 inches of
gravel base and 4-1/2 inches of bituminous surfacing 24 feet in width with 6 foot
gravel shoulders; and
WHEREAS, a hearing on the proposed project was held before the city council
on September 16, 1992, following published and mailed notice as required by law, at
which hearing all persons wishing to express an opinion on the project were given
an opportunity to do so.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota as follows:
1. The proposed improvement of Medina Road between Hunter Drive and
Tamarack Drive is hereby ordered.
2. Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik & Associations is hereby appointed as city
engineer for the improvement project and shall prepare plans and
specifications therefor.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Ferris.
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof :
Councilmembers Ferris, Johnson, Thies, Zietlow and Mayor Theis.
and the following voted against same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
