AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A NEW ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGE CONTROL CLUB LICENSE TO CARTERET
CRAFTSMEN'S CLUB, INC.
WHEREAS, an application has been filed for a New ABC Clnb License to the Borough
of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, request for a New License was duly advertised in The Home News Tribune,
a newspaper circulated in the Borough ofCarteret and no Objections, either verbally or in
writing, were filed or made to the Governing Body or to the Municipal Clerk regarding
said new license; and
WHEREAS, the submitted application form is complete in all respects, the fees have
been paid; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Council of the Borongh
ofCarteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, hereby approves the Issuance of a
New Club License to the Carteret Craftsmen's Club, Inc.; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOL YED, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the endorsement of this New License on behalf of the Mayor and
Council of the Borongh of Carteret; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOL YED, that two (2) copies of this Resolution be sent forthwith
to the State of New Jersey, Department of Law and Public Safety, Division of Alcoholic
Beverage Control, Licensing Bureau, CN 087, Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0087.
