A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIIE
CITY OF LYNT~900D DESIGNATING CERTAIN ROADS
TO BE I2d THE FEDERAL AID URBAN SYSTEM
t'IIiEREAS, under regulations issued by the Secretary of
Transportation under 'the Federal Aid Ilighway Act (Title 23, UoS,
Code), the City of Lynwood with the concurrence of the California
Department of Transportation, has been designated to select a
Federal Aid Urban System in this City, and
IVHEREAS, Bullis Road from Carlin Avenue to Imperial
Highway has been inadvertently omitted from the Federal Aid Urban
System in the City of Lynwoodo
NO`'V, THEREFORE, BE ,IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the City
Council of the City of Lynwood, that:
1a The City Council of the City of Lynwood approves the
addition of Bullis Road from Carlin Avenue to Imperial Highway as
shown on exhibit "A~', attached hereto and made a part by this re-
ference to this resolution, to the Federal Aid Urban System in the
City of Lynwood, State of California, subject to the concurrence
of the California Department of Transportation and approval of the
Federal Highway Administration,
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, thisl8th day of September,
